- Documents approved by Rwandan Embassy - July 20
- Documents at Rwandan Embassy for approval - June 29
- Documents fully authenticated at State Department - June 29
- Documents received by courier and a portion authenticated at State Deparment - June 28
- Documents on the way to courier in DC for more authentication - June 26
- Documents received back from Austin - June 25
- Documents Headed to Austin for Authenication - June 18
