- Documents fully authenticated at State Department - June 29
- Documents received by courier and a portion authenticated at State Deparment - June 28

"It's nice to meet you! We also looked into Rwanda after meeting someone over the summer who had just returned with her son. About that time Rwanda closed to all new adoptions so we decided to pursue Ethiopia or Uganda instead. A long series of events (maybe I'll write a post about it some day) led us to Uganda. Thanks for commenting and I'll check out your blog as well!"
